Though, it may called itself an Hotel, it is more a kind of a "room availability with some common services like \[internet\] kitchen and relax section. Basically, it is a located sector inside a high building with room to lease. Though, it was comfortable, clean within a wonderful area for shopping and food (beside a Night Market). No real front desk, communication through WhatsApp, No specific service. Depend on what you are looking for. I had to call them on their hotline and tell them I need someone at the front desk. Otherwise, the staff are all very kind and they're eager to please. The dining hall was dark and depressing. The tablecloth had stains on them. I was one of the first ones there for breakfast, so I think the stain isn't fresh. The room where I stayed doesn't feel secure. The bed was a little dirty. There were no partitions in the bathroom so the water just scattered all over the bathroom floor. Location wise, it's good.
