I am so grateful to the wonderful staffs who helped me in my challenging situations during travel. They are very supportive, patient and understanding. The hotel rooms are very clean. The location is convenient to anywhere and public transportation is close by.

很滿意的旅館，謝謝朱生的服務，我住7號房即公衆空間食早餐屋後的一座。只有一個個問題就是沖涼位置沒有浴簾，以至沖涼時水流住坐厠位形成稹水，十分不方便，我想其他住過這間房的人也身同感受，如果能改善這問就滿分，我會推薦這地方，服務和景觀可讃。 I would like to recommend this hotel,good view and service(thank you Mr Chu),only one thing needs to improve is the shower area which need to hang curtain prevent water flow to the toilet area that really annoying me.My room number is 7,hope it will be improved.

Great stay!!

Close to MRT, spacious and clean room, delicious breakfast buffet are all good points. Friendly staffs! WiFi is a little bit slow but workable. Overall is great for tourism.

Very hospitable staff who let me have a shower after a long-distance flight as the room was not yet ready. As they don't have breakfast on location, it was ordered in, delivered on time and left nothing to be desired. The room was clean and spacious.

It is better than expected for the price I paid. It is spacious, comfortable, nean, good location with convenient public transport. But they have to improve for their breakfast buffet. Overall we are happy staying in this hotel.

on some days you get free snacks and water in your room umbrellas are available good location possibility to store your luggage before checkout cheap washing machine and dryer are available - on two occasions our room was left open by the cleaning staff - the room cleaning is definitely expandable. It was very dusty. - the staff was only partially friendly - if you want to check in before 12 am you need to pay 3000 NTD extra. If you want to check in after 12 you need to pay 1500 NTD extra. - we asked for a quiet room and received a room next to the escalator and the storage room for the cleaning staff. They talked before our room and made loud noises every morning. - the wardrobe was very old and broken. - the room and especially the bathroom are smelly Ultimately it was to expensive for that service.

I was not sure if they changed the sheets daily or only when requested. So I asked them to and they complied. They offered a daily breakfast for the guests. The staff is friendly and complies with most requests. Several of the staff were English speaking which helped. My room had a bidet which was a good feature. I could not adjust my rooms temperature and make it warmer. I was told it was preset I could only turn it off which I did. The temperature was 20 C in the room. The hotel was within walking distance of train stations and near a McDonalds and 2 seven elevens.
