The bed was comfy and clean, and also the bathroom was superb too. We received new toiletries everyday, as well as bottled water. You first have to call the phone to get the door code (which changes occasionally) and then you need to add the property on LINE to get further check-in info. This was not too difficult. There is some noise from other rooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
