Carol, the manager, is awful. I booked a 10-day stay through hotels.com and changed my itinerary through hotels.com to arrive one day late. Carol cancelled the entire itinerary and dismissed me when I arrived, bags in hand, ready to check in. She would not even help me recreate a reservation. I had to call Hilton to make a reservation. She was hostile, rude, and cold. She seemed to enjoy the distress she caused. There were only a few customers there all week. I have no idea why she would willfully turn away $1k of business at a slow time for the hotel. The rooms are extremely small. No dresser or microwave or coffee maker. It’s more like a European hostel than an American hotel.
