"The shuttle driver greeted us with smiles at the Nairobi airport. Check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. They offered us the option of a late checkout (2pm rather than 12pm) since our flt back to the USA wasn’t leaving until late the next day. Room was very nice and comfortable. Food and beverage service down in the bar was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel."

"After a long fight, we had a relaxing stay here for 2 night. Clean comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Airport pickup was seamless, located close to airport and can get uber easily for local transportation, a friendly tour desk person who can arrange trips or safari! Overall a great stay!! "

"Conveniently located.
Safe neighborhood that's close to the airport.
Nice restaurant and bar on the property - pricy though.
Really spacious room with all necessary amenities. Fully fitted kitchen and washing machine/dryer - loved this.
We will visit again.
Carpets in living and bedrooms plus the sofa need regular cleaning though and reception team to be more responsive. We were promised a fan that was never delivered and bathing soap took over a day. Carry your own toiletries before...

"DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com.
The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc.
But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit.

"Horrible lugar para hospedarse, como emergencia resolvio el problema, las cubiertas de las camas con rastros de sangre y manchas de orines, hubiera dormido parado, quite toda la ropa de cama y dormi sobre la sabana menos sucia, un asco!! La persona en el front desk solicitando de una manera incomoda que le trajera comida, Porque????? La peor experiencia de mi vida, al siguiente dia, salimos lo antes posible de esta pesadilla, ni la ducha usamos."
