"Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade."

We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from our Executive Room to an Executive Loft Suite, which made our celebration feel extra special. The suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view facing the harbour. It also featured an ensuite spa, which made the stay even more relaxing and perfect for our celebration. Great location, fantastic service, and a memorable experience all around. "Clean room! Slippers were placed on either side of the king bed. Room was all ready and waiting for us. It was very noisy on the street side at night which isn’t something they can really change. The only improvement the room needs is actual drawers! All of the ones under the TV are filled with coffee and mini-bar stuff. Very busy hotel but in a fantastic location next to Circular Quay and The Rocks. "
