"Lovely hotel and the food was great. Only thing that was a nuisance was we only had one robe and towels were for one person only. Didn't complain but if it happened again I would contact reception. No obvious disabled parking facility which is unusual in a large hotel."

"During our hotel stay from 04/07/2026 to 04/09/2026, Upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel lacked essential accessibility features, such as an elevator. The assigned room was missing several advertised amenities, including a telephone, air conditioning, and room service. We repeatedly requested assistance and a reassignment to a more accessible room, but our concerns were not promptly addressed. The lack of support further diminished our comfort. Due to these ongoing issues we checked out earlier than planned. I have tried to speak with someone about this issue since 04/09/26 to no avail. The phone numbers and emails provided have all been dead ends. "

"Shower black mould put me off a bit. The bed boasted a collapsed spring mattress. A kettle was provided but no cup or drinking device. I improvised by putting a teabag in it and drinking from the spout. It was after 10 pm and reception was far away. The ladies in reception were friendly and helpful."

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."
