"Absolutely delightful. It’s always an annual 4-night affair for our family in the first weekend of July for Gold Coast Marathon. From the clean & happy spaces to comfy beds it’s hard to find anything to fault (bar perhaps no space in the fridges & the current inability to let fresh air in whilst all balconies are closed). "

"Room was spacious and clean. Requested 2 x twin beds, but upon arrival 1 king bed in room, Requested they be separated but house keeping finished for the day and it would be done the next day, upon arrival back after 1/2 and marathon and 10km bed still not done. Even tho rooms were warm had to request spare blankets. Maybe some info in rooms would be good regarding the restraunt. "

"This hotel was excellent and I will recommend to my friends and family. The room was outstanding, spacious, and very clean. The eco style bathroom products were lovely. The bed was super comfortable and being on the 13th floor, was quiet from road noise. Very convenient with the tram stop right outside and easy access to all the tourist spots. I will be back to stay again."

"I can say JW Gold Coast stands out as the best. The room was spotless, and every staff members greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. The pool was just as amazing as we had heard, and throughout our 3-day stay, we enjoyed great dining options and convenient concierge support. It truly felt like a well-deserved treat.
