The bed and pillows are very comfortable but the rooms are pretty run down, far from what I expected based on the images we saw on Expedia. The bed is comfortable but I suspect it to have bed bugs. I stayed there for 7 nights and have been seen bugs bites on my body.... The staff is pleasant and honest. I left adaptor upon checked out and came by the next day and asked them to check. They did find it. This is not very common. Quick check in, nice welcoming drink. Room was clean, amenities and toiletries were of nice quality. It wasn't really in city centre but close enough. It was an amazing experience with Artotel. I was surprised that a 3.5 star hotel could do it impeccably great. It's an art theme hotel done in a tasteful way.
