The Space: When you arrive at this charming single-storey home, you’re welcomed by the sparkling front pool area, complete with two sun lounges and outdoor sofa, perfect for soaking up the Sunshine Coast rays. Inside, the home opens into a warm and inviting open-plan living space, featuring a plush leather chaise lounge and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make cooking away from home a breeze. A round dining table sits near the air-conditioning unit, ensuring a cool and comfortable living space during warmer months. On the left side of the home, you’ll find the main bedroom, a versatile office space with a sofa bed and desk/monitor, and a laundry area. Continuing through the home, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are thoughtfully positioned on the right side of the living area. In the back garden, step into the serene outdoor space, featuring a 6-seater dining table, BBQ, overlooking the lush garden and yoga gazebo perfect for your morning zen and stretch. The home is fully fenced when the front gate is closed. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm.
