Brand new luxury residence, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 3 levels with private pool. In the heart of Mooloolaba beach, yet a private location at the end of a cul de sac.

2 King Beds and 2 King Singles to sleep 6 guests.
Private magnesium pool, indoor / Outdoor living, and large outdoor courtyard.
Keyless intercom entry system, free Wifi, portable cot, and booster seat for toddlers. Double garage, 2.05 m high

Drive 50 minutes to Brisbane or 15 to the Sunshine Coast Airport. Maroochydore CBD is only 5 minutes by car, and Noosa is 30 minutes away.

We had a fantastic time staying at The Smith. The accommodation is excellent, location is within a short walk to the beach, esplanade, cafes and the wharf. I would highly recommend this property.
