Just a short stroll to the sands of Bokarina Beach, a large playground nearby, an array of cafes & restaurants located directly beneath the complex, plus scenic paths stretching for kilometres. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is the perfect base.  
  
The Space:  
Step inside this modern beachside apartment and you'll be welcomed by a light-filled open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, thoughtfully designed with relaxed coastal styling and the comfort of ducted air-conditioning throughout. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features sleek finishes, ideal for preparing meals away from home. The dining and lounge areas offer a warm and inviting space to kick back on the sofa and enjoy the large smart TV, making it easy to feel right at home.   
  
Just off the living area, you’ll find the generous outdoor patio, the perfect place to soak up Bokarina’s sunshine and sea breezes. With an alfresco dining setting, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening meals in the fresh air. Bathroom One (Ensuite): Modern and functional, the ensuite includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.  
  
Bedroom Two: Furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, this room also includes ducted AC, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe.  
  
Bathroom Two: The second bathroom continues the sleek design with a shower, toilet, and vanity.  
  
Laundry: Compact yet practical, the laundry cupboard includes a front-loading washing machine and an undercover washing line on the patio.

You will have access to the entire apartment, along with 2 garage spaces and access to the Azzure complex facilities including a resort style pool, gym, steam room as well as a complex BBQ and sundeck area.

Getting Around:  
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 5 minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings\*   
\*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)  
  
\*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.  
  
\*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
