Our Beach House is only 150 metres from the beach, Cathedral ceilings, spiral staircase to the loft style master bedroom with balcony and ensuite with spa bath, guest room that opens up to the back deck and third bedroom that sleeps 4, all air-conditioned. Open lounge room, also air-conditioned, with French doors that open to the back deck and front decks, separate dining room with kitchen access. Foxtel and wifi available. Bi-fold patio doors open from kitchen to the deck, outdoor pool (heated in winter)and BBQ area. Front and side balcony, lockable remote garage, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Close to cafe, coffee and wine bar, local IGA with amazing pre-made foods, bakery, short walk or drive to the Marcoola or Coolum Surf Clubs and beaches.
Only 5 mins from the Maroochydore Airport. And great local markets including Edmund Markets just a 30 minute drive.
