The house is in excellent condition, it felt fresh and new, no signs of wear and tear. A large full kitchen, which we made full use of and enjoyed being able to cook our meals. The master bedroom and the living area are airconditioned, while the two spare bedrooms have ceiling fans.The house is located one street over from the ocean just a short walk around the block. Several grocery stores are 1 and 2 miles away and easy to get to. Additional shopping and restaurants are within the 2 miles. Overall the neighborhood is very residential and away from any larger apartment complexes. Access to the home is provided by a lockbox on the door and you are sent the code prior to your arrival.The Homeaway team was very responsive and has an off hours phone number if any issues come up.Overall this property was everything we were looking for and was as advertised in the property listing.
