The home oozes luxury and relaxation... enjoy the sand in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. Ample of parking on the driveway. 3 bedrooms, Master with ensuite. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs and a separate bathroom downstairs. So many attractions to enjoy on the Sunshine Coast from Australia Zoo to the Big Pineapple. Only 10 minutes to the Maroochydore Airport. Enjoy an easy drive to Noosa to the north or Caloundra to the South. Alex is based in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. The Maroochydore plaza and new CBD is only 5 minutes away. Easy walk to Mooloolaba and the wharf precinct, so many restaurants to enjoy here.
