The only 1 thing I could say we were taken aback about was , the place is adult only which we like because our kids are grown and we dont really want to have to deal with , listen to , or share spaces with other people's children , but there were several guests that were very very comfortable in their bodies and were very rude in and around the pool most of the time . This property is full of history and character. The staff helpful and friendly. Not a problem for us but there is no lift/elevator, they offered to take our bags to our room which was on the top floor (UK 2nd/US 3rd). Self serve breakfast provided which was great - plenty of options; fresh fruit, yoghurts, bagels, juice, cereal, pastries. Chilled bottled water available all day. great location, friendly and helpful staff. Room large with 2 bedrooms.

Lovely place to stay. Right in the centre at Duval Street. Plenty to do and see. Nice gesture in the early evening with the happy hour. Although you are right in the hub of things it was so quiet and peaceful.

Booked 2 queen rooms in the midnight house. One room good size the other room 24 was so small with only walking room around the bed. There was no seating so could not chill unless sitting on the bed.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful setting. Great room, wonderful breakfast and comfy poolside bar. Terrific staff. A must for a stay in Key West.

Amazing hotel ! Checked in by Jodi who was so friendly & helpful. Hotel is worth every penny room has everything you need in it, spacious & very clean. Breakfast was good, location very good only a short walk into town. Checked out by Lokesh who was also very helpful & friendly. Both staff members we encountered are a credit to the hotel !

This property is truly amazing but what adds the extra star are the staff, Shawn made our holiday, could not do enough for us. The house is just beautiful and so much history and extremely central. Just a few things that would advise but doesn’t effect the overall place, 1) the room we were in was opposite checkin so can be a bit noisy at times 2) the light from the outside garden pool area is on all night and keeps the room very light at night. These didn’t bother us but may affect others
