"Disappointed in the cleanliness of the following ;- doors of dishwasher, washing machine oven and fridge All needed wiping Also there was no cleaning products at all no toilet cleaner nothing to clean the sink or bathroom basin (which I personally clean every day) We were only given one hand towel I would expect one each. "Parts of the house have been nicely decorated, but the lounge is tiny with barely room for 3 people, considering there are 4 double rooms. The Kitchen is really well equipped. The location is central, but the house is situated on a social housing estate. We worried about security/safety but were surprised how quiet it was at night. Some clever photographs make it look more modern than it is."

The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive). Sutton Hoo just down the road, then Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Southwold (for any George Orwell fans!).
