Lovely hotel close to all the delights of Subiaco. Only an overnight stay for us but enjoyed the experience.

Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.

I did have a problem with the kettle. Unless you held the button down until it started to heat it would click off again. I did have to ask for more teabags one day as housekeeping had not restocked. Otherwise it was a nice hotel not too far to walk to Barrack Street for my tour pick-ups - about 15 minutes. All in all a very nice hotel.

We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children) who stayed in a double double room (two double beds) for two nights after arriving in the middle of the night from Singapore. Night staff were on duty when we arrived, they let us in because it was after midnight, so it felt very safe. They checked us in quickly, which was helpful as we were very tired. We chose this hotel in preference to actually staying in central Perth, it was a great decision. The hotel is well located with shops and restaurants within short walking distance and yet was much quieter and more reasonably priced than a similar hotel in the city. South Perth Foreshore is well served by a punctual ferry service that runs every 15 minutes and takes about 7 minutes to travel across the river yet costs are trivial. Great location , easy walking distance from Perth Station and down to Elizabeth Quay. Free CAT Bus from right outside the hotel too. Great rooms, great bar and great cafe.

Love this place. Funky decor. Only draw back is parking but it’s a city hotel
