Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the historic garde cottages which have been beautifully & sympathetically restored. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The speakeasy bar Gimlet with complementary daily drink is a perfect spot for a relaxing pre or post dinner drink.

We chose this hotel in preference to actually staying in central Perth, it was a great decision. The hotel is well located with shops and restaurants within short walking distance and yet was much quieter and more reasonably priced than a similar hotel in the city. South Perth Foreshore is well served by a punctual ferry service that runs every 15 minutes and takes about 7 minutes to travel across the river yet costs are trivial. Absolutely clean and great staff!

Lovely hotel close to all the delights of Subiaco. Only an overnight stay for us but enjoyed the experience.

Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice.

Our room was ideal for a couple. Plenty of space and well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and everything else one might need. It felt as if the particular block our apartment was in was quite new and our third floor room had a wonderful view out over the marina and on to the Indian Ocean. All of the reception staff with whom we had contact were most friendly and helpful. The same observation also applied to the housekeeping staff. Relaxing

Nice hotel room, good location, friendly staff. Quite noisy in the morning, sounded like they were moving a load of furniture on the floor above us.

The apartment was well located to explore Fremantle Bay on foot, the room and especially bathroom were a good size. There was a minor issue at check in as we arrived later in the day and needed to call someone, but as international travellers did not have Australian phones. However, the hotels.com staff were incredible and quickly sorted the issue for us

As soon as I arrived I was made to feel comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The room was maintained well and was always left a helpful note as to what the weather could be and who cleaned my room. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay again. I loved every minute of it!

I stayed in a superior studio room and it was lovely. Room really clean & smelled nice on arrival. Hotel is in a very central but quiet location. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

Clean room and big for a hotel room compared to UK hotels of the same type

Great staff, great restaurants 5 min walk,ferry to Perth 5 min walk (3aud). Views from riverside view rooms 1&2 floors spectacular. End suites if in group even better. Definitely not luxury, but got everything you could want. Recommend YES.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Newly renovated rooms are large and modern. Don't be put off by the shared bathroom as they have seperate male/female ones and have 3 cubicles.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nautica, despite getting locked in the car park when we first arrived, which was hilarious. To any future guests, don't follow someone in to park your car before getting the key! The location was spot on, the bus stop outside was super convenient too and the coffees across at Me me Joan's was lovely! The staff were really helpful and the roof top bar/restaurant served the most amazing food!
