As reception is not open after midday when we were checking in and the codes we were sent didn’t work and the phone numbers we rang weren’t answered we were left standing at the locked front doors for at least half an hour. Also they charged us $15 per night for car parking which we noticed on a previous review was free

The gym was a disappointment I was not told about getting a seperate card for it the pool shower didn’t go spar was broken so that was not very good should have got money back but room was nice quiet but please don’t advertise these facilities an they do not work or operate Thank you

It says “Free internet,” but the Wi-Fi was cancelled quite a while ago. I reported it to Expedia, but they didn’t handle it properly. The room is dirty, and even if you stay for several nights, they don’t clean it. The sewage smell is terrible.
