Conveniently located between Kings Park and the Elizabeth Quay and CBD. We walked pretty much everywhere and only used our car a few days. Unfortunately, the Wifi was terrible, painfully slow and intermittant. My wife and I depend on internet access for our jobs, so we ended up having to hot spot our phones and use cellular data instead. Improving Wifi should be a top priority for the property managers. Other than that, the one bedroom apartment was simple, but clean. The bed was comfortable, and the only other issue was the fan above the stove didn't work. The checkin staff were fantastic and so helpful. Within walking distance to city centre and room was set back from the street so didnt hear the traffic.
