  • My studio apartment is 30 square metres with private access via a staircase. The bus stop for the airport/trade fair—a 10-minute ride—is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The Musicalzentrum is a 10-minute bus ride away; the S-Bahn to Stuttgart Central Station takes 25 minutes, and the U-Bahn takes 30 minutes. I use the apartment myself when it’s not booked! Free street parking for 10 hours with a parking disc. No cat owners, please—allergy concerns.
