No kitchenette, no BBQ as advertised. There is a beer fridge and micowave with TV and AC. It is a quaint place to crash away from the noise of town. It is very clean. Washroom is a central place because it is a camp ground. I enjoyed my stay.

Thank you for the review. We do have kitchenette in each cabin microwave and minifrig as advertised. We also have multiple bbq grills available throughout the campground. Outstanding facility, 10× better than staying at a hotel. The staff were so helpful and it was so comfortable and quit. I will definetly stay there again.

Stay away from this place
The stand alone room was nothing like the pictures. The floor was so out of level that my wife was having vertigo. They would not return any of the payment (5 days) We were there less than an hour. Hotels.com contacted them and still no refund. After Hotels.com told us they would not refund we went back to the office to turn in the keys and they had already shut down a half hour early so they didn't have to deal with my wife. I would of happily but paid for the first night but no compensation at all shows what a dirt bag place this is.

It’s very much the opposite story and would hope you would correct this review You booked a room and it was exactly as the pictures display online. We would never falsely advertise. The story goes that your wife freaked out on you and on us at the front desk. We advised her to please refrain from calling us names and asked that she please leave the property. She appeared very distraught as though she may have been a threat to us and our customers. We would have gladly compensated. But when customers call us names and falsely accuse we prefer they just vacate our property before we have to remove them. I hope you were able to find a place that your wife was able to calm down and we “didn’t have to deal with your wife” I’m sure the trip was not enjoyable for you.

My whole stay was ruined the first few minutes I arrive. After a long trip on the road, we arrived 15 minutes before they closed the office. Got keys and map of cabins, and we arrived at cabin. I rushed in to use ladies room and didnt even have chance to turn the light on. It was a long car ride, you've been there. Go out to help hubby and he took his turn. He comes back and asked if I had 'accident', I said no. Only #1, he told me to come. Folks, there was feces all down the front of the toilet! I was disgusted to my core! Office was closed, hubby had to clean it! Im not lying. Also, I booked this because they advertised onsite club/bar. Nope. I guess thats only open on bike week. The cabin bed hurt my back each night. My advice, dont stay in cabins, bring your own camper. And dont expect a nice clean cabin.

We do apologize for this but we were never made aware of any of this. We clean our bathrooms twice daily and as needed and would certainly have cleaned right away had we known there was an issue. We did not receive a text or phone call or any information regarding this as an issue. We solve any issues immediately when we become aware. We also have a text and phone number that can always be reached if an issue arises.Our beer garden denotes only open during rally.Please feel free to call or come by the office if any problems arise. We are here to help always

I gave up to stay. Cabin is very small and bathroom was dirty, out of date and no bug control.

Our cabins are about 280 square feet. We have bathroom and shower buildings which we clean daily and as needed. As far as bugs go we do monthly bug control however we do have flies which we also spray for. This year we have had lots of bees which is unusual. We are here to make sure our customers have a nice comfortable stay. If a problem arises we work hard to solve it immediately

The bathroom had not been cleaned when we arrived. The toilet was dirty and the floor was dirty and had not been swept and cleaned. I asked the cleaning person if they could clean the bathroom while we were gone and the said they would. They said to leave our cabin unlocked and they would go in an clean it. We were gone all day and when we arrived back our cabin was unlocked and the cleaning person never came in and cleaned.

we clean our bathrooms and shower building 2 x daily and as needed. We however, do not offer daily. housekeeping for the cabins and we do have quarter operated laundry facility available for soiled linens. Was the front office notified?

Checking in was smooth, with a vibrant woman offering a map and the most ideal places to eat in Sturgis and Deadwood (18 miles away.) The cabin was clean, simple, provided basics. Having a small fridge and an air conditioner, along with my own toilet and shower was a delight. The porch had 2 chairs for viewing. There was no chair in the cabin but it had a table. The cost (June) was far less than the cabins near Keystone. Although it wasn’t late July or August, the energy in town was fun and fairly active. I’d come again!

Sarina. I realize you must need money 5 months after your stay however as stated in our conversation with you and Expedia. You dis not cancel this reservation per Expedia and our records indicated that you actually stayed with us. We always do our customers right. We don’t however liked to be scammed out of money 5 months after your recodred stay. Please be aware of renting or accepting any reservations from this gal. We love our customers and always treat them right!!

This is a great little campground for traveling. I stayed two nights, easy access to Deadwood and the Black Hills. Bed got 4 stars the rest was five. Community bathroom was clean.

It was a nice little cabin. Thought it was a little expensive for what it was. Bathrooms are a long way away from cabins. Shower house was very dirty.

We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night. The cabins were new, nice, comfortable and solid. We had the 2 futon set up. They were comfortable. We didmt even pull them out. Slept on them as couches. The cabiins weathered not 1 but 3 storms. There were 2 shelters for everyone centered in the park. Main office has supplies for sale, quick access to highway for touring. Only drawback is coin operated sho×ers. They are approx 2 1/2 min per quarter so be quick! Bathrooms were well kept, private and well stocked.

I showed up at Sturgis the day after the rally. This place is mainly there for the rally. They kept the cleanliness up regardless. Good show.

Thank you for the nice review. We are open for 6 months and have lots of seasonal customers. We keep our campground clean and operating for all 6 months not just for the 10 days of rally!! Our prices are super competitive and we have great customer service!

I realize we came right after the Sturgis Bike Rally, the cabin looked clean, but wasn't really that great. The towels had a gray look to them rather than a nice clean white and one of the wash rags look like something I would use as a cleaning rag. The bed was good, it was quiet, but definitely needs some updating.

Cabin was nice and clean, air conditioner worked great for the hot days. Showers were clean and affordable the only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have a bed in our cabin only bunk beds and a futon but it still worked to have a place to sleep!

Cleanest in every aspect. Porta-potty had a rug and a solar nightlight. Staff was excellent. Only negative was that wi-fi signal was weak in outlying spots. But hey, we were camping!
