Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.

Hotel was great, we had a fantastic view of Hogwarts Castle from our room. There was a free shuttle to the Universal but most days we walked as it was quicker as only a few minutes walk. The Metro station is about 10minute walk down the hill, there is a free Universal shuttle that takes you from the Metro station back to Universal during opening hours. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here next time we visit Universal.

We picked the Sheraton due to its location for the first part of our trip. Upon check in we were early, one room was ready one wasn’t but that wasn’t a problem at all. We left our bags in the room that was being used by my son and his girlfriend. We headed off out and we were notified a little later that the room was ready by hotel front desk. Great corner room on the 20th floor with great views of the park next door, very clean and fantastic comfy bed. Lovely stay, will return again.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Location - very accessible, short walking distance to Universal Studios shuttle terminal. Room - very spacious and clean. Lobby - modern decoration, spacious and cozy. Staff - superb, very friendly and professional. Two people I want to say thank you - First the bartender (sorry I forgot the name) He made sure my cocktails taste perfect. Second, the guy at the recpetion on night duty of Dec 20. Excellent hotel! We were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning! The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We stayed at 6 hotels on our family California trip this was the only one that measured up to the images on expedia. The hotel is near busy roads but we couldn't hear a thing in our room despite the suite having at least six large windows and wrapping round the side of the building.
