"It was a total mis match for us. The first sign of trouble was the 4 flights of steps that were narrow and hard to haul luggage up. The lock on the door to the unit was a padlock which didn’t have a marking as to where to line up the numbers. We reached out to the host but got no answer. Seems like a proper lock should be at the door to a VRBO rental. Once in the unit we experienced several issues. It was very hot, the hosts left no water- which we have always found in a VRBO and the hosts left...

"The location was great, easy check-in, space comfortable. Beds were especially comfortable. Sofia was very responsive. We were unable to get in to apartment one day because the batteries in the electronic door lock died.
