The cottage was so quaint, great welcome pack with everything you need with a homely feel. Definitely will be returning with my dogs, ideal location for walking with a friendly pub within walking distance. Great communication with clear instructions, before arriving and after. Ian kindly contacted within a hour of leaving as i had forgotten something in the cottage.

The place was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. The owners were brilliant more than happy to help out with any issues and requests we we had. I would definitely return and highly recommend. Perfect!

The property is very well located on a hill above Bakewell. Parking for a medium sized car on site is a bonus. Bakewell is a busy town, full of tourists. Ate at Charleston’s, do not recommend. Everything was great, we enjoyed our 3 nights at Bakewell

Great base for walking, all facilities as expected, heating very easy to operate and the most stunning view.

The accommodation was very high spec and lovely. Situated a 10 minute walk into town with supermarkets near by. Check in was very easy and ready to park too. Plenty of scenery to look at in the area too.

Great location for walks in the Peak District, with off road parking. Nicely presented house with fresh and clean decoration, well furnished and equipped.

I was working at an event nearby and didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 4 nights wanted a home from home and the cottage was perfect.

Excellent big house for a large group with 3 separate entertaining areas, a beautiful open plan kitchen and all amenities provided. The table tennis table went down very well with the children and big children alike. The only minor suggestion would be to provide more toilet roll but overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to other families looking for a modern clean getaway.

Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits! There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook! Bramble Lodge is a hidden gem. It offers clean comfortable seclusion, relaxing hot tub & the seasonal bonus of a substantial private pool. I have stayed a couple of times, so far, & will definitely be back.
