"Location is perfect. Room was somewhat clean but there were things leftover from prior guests. The sixth floor room was much warmer than the rest of the property and the outside air temp - it was borderline uncomfortable even though we had the windows open at night. Staff was very nice. Laundry service was incredibly expensive. Gym was fantastic."

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"I had a late checkin and when I arrived into my room I discovered the previous occupants underwear in the room, along with a stained towel. It was late and the hotel was full so I had to wait till the next day to be moved to another room. I informed in advance my intent to check out a day earlier and get refunded, this was not accommodated"
