"When we left our room at 11:00 AM Housekeeping was in the hallway. We asked did we need to request housekeeping she said no she would clean the room. When we returned to the room at 3:00 the room was not clean and housekeeping was gone for the day. We had to pack up and change rooms. Get to our new clean room and the television lost its signal during the NBA playoffs. We spent Cadillac money for a KIA experience."

"This hotel is a hidden gem in Athens, and it rivals all of the big name ones for cleanliness, comfort, ease of check-in/out, proximity to downtown and the UGA campus. The rooms aren't spacious but are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The sound level is negligible, unless someone's standing right outside the door talking loudly. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows soft, fluffy, and numerous (the duvet could stand being a bit more substantial, but thin and serviceable seems to be the trend in the hotel biz). The bathroom was tiny. I' don't know if all of the rooms have similar-sized bathrooms, but mine was very small, no wiggle room, and the shower stall itself was about 2' deep and 4' long. I'm a tiny woman and I felt snugged up. But I didn't stay there for the shower and I didn't spend much time in the bath, so overall it doesn't matter to my rating. I was given a breakfast voucher with my reservation. The meal was served as in a cafeteria and the spread was impressive. The food was delicious, too."

"It is such a nice elegent place to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of snacks and drinks for you to enjoy in your room and on the property. The loby and terace had snacks as well as soda, seltzer water, and bottled water for you to enjoy. The host provided some local chocolate, a cookie, as well as a token to turn in for a discount at a local coctail bar. The only thing that was disappointing is that the photos showed and labeled a bar on site. There is no bar but as long as you arent expecing one you are well provided for. Great place and would definitely stay again."
