This place is terrible! Mean staff, rooms are old and outdated. Beds are hard and old. Bedding is basically toilet paper. Area is not great and my door wouldn’t lock. Broom smelled like ruin and marijuana. No elevator so you will be carrying your bags up cement stairs. Barely any lights in the bathroom. Pictures are stock. I would have taken pics of this room but when I let Expedia no about the room, the front staff had called me and basically told me I needed to check out in 20 min so I was trying to gather my stuff. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Safe vibe. Comfy beds. Everything in the room was just a bit worn and could use a deep clean. The fitness room was locked and dark- not sure what that was all about. Breakfast was basic. Convenient location.

First room smelled like smoke, second one wasn’t much better. I didn’t like that whatever was under the sheets was bunched up. The sheets had pulls in them, the room looked rundown. The gym was bare bones and didn’t even have soap for the sink or sanitizer. The bathroom door didn’t fully shut. Overall I was very disappointed.

Room had used towel in it with makeup all over it. Even after asking front desk directly, never got cleaners to come to our room to clean it or change towels (left our room by 1130 am). Smell of smoke in our room b/c the smokers area outside was near our room (even though it was a "nonsmoking hotel." When I expressed concerns about dirty towel and no cleaners, no front desk person ever said they were sorry or they wanted to make it right. Breakfast was good with the ready breakfast sandwiches but waffle iron was struggling. We cancelled our reservation to come back here in Nov. and found another hotel.

Room was comfortable enough and clean. Neighbors were loud and woke us up several times. Check-in was a nightmare. Took 25 minutes (when we were already in a rush to get ready for a wedding) and the “manager” on duty was on the phone with someone else the whole time (seemingly to figure out how to check us in). We were also charged a $100 deposit that we were not expecting

This hotel was not clean at all. When I walked into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor that made it seem as though the room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, and there was rust present throughout the area. Because of the condition of the room, I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies so that I could clean it myself and make it comfortable for me and my children to stay there. The following day, housekeeping did not clean the room. The only thing that was done was that fresh towels were left on the bed. In addition, the chair in the room had a large stain on it, which made the room feel even less sanitary. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and lack of proper housekeeping service.
