"Very modern and well decorated room, big bed, confortable for a family of 3"

"Everything was great except the bed which was a zip lock bed but the dip in the middle was really comfortable which kept us awake most of the night and the pillows were also uncomfortable and was unaware of any pillow menus "

"The stay at Holiday Inn, Southampton was fantastic. We arrived before lunch with the intention of asking for our luggage to be stored. Receptionist said they had a room ready for our us. Very much appreciated. "

"Room was very nice , but quite warm , no air conditioning. Lifts didn't work so had to take cases up 4 flights of stairs. "

"Lovely solo stay! I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who very helpful and polite when checking me in! I paid £15 for the weekend to use the spa facilities (which i was made aware of at when booking) it was 100% worth the extra money! The spa was lovely and it was very clean! The jacuzzi was actually lovely and hot! The room was lovely and clean, the fresh milk and water was an nice added extra! The bathroom was a little dated but nothing wrong with it. I had a lovely meal in the grill restaurant on the first night, again the waitress service me was very polite. "
