"2 separate pools/hot tubs were the highlight for our family! Please note: If booking online, they DO charge for parking ($15) as well as a $50 non-refundable pet deposit for furry friends. They do NOT have a continental breakfast. They do offer "kids eat free" breakfast coupon for eating at the attached restaurant .......(Though limited selection and of course with a paid adult meal) If I would have had the time to browse around online, I would have probably stayed somewhere with a dedicated continental b-fast and somewhere that I didn't have to pay additional money for parking. Not sure why they charge for parking?"

"Beautiful view of the Yampa River off the balcony. Air conditioner worked amazing in 99 degree weather. Staff is very attentive, friendly and open to any questions or concerns. Beds were super super comfy, shower was also great. Great location within walking distance to everything in steamboat."

"Located downtown Steamboat, this location is extremely walkable. The room was clean, the staff nice, and the hot tub was great. Parking is limited, but we didn't have an issue."
