"I've stayed here a number of times. It's an older property but the location and price made up for the outdated feel. But this time, no hot water was a deal breaker. On check in, I was informed to let the water run for "10 minutes or so. We're having issues." Colorado is on drought alert with mandatory water restrictions. Letting the water run for 20 minutes was awkward and was still too cold to shower. While not monumental, the coffee urn in the lobby had cold (guessing yesterday's)coffee in it at 8:15 am. Is that really too early or too late for coffee? The only staff member I saw on site was great!"

"This was our 2nd time staying in this condo! The location is absolutely perfect with walkability to everything Steamboat has to offer. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a designated parking space. The condo was quiet with the excpetion of the late night crowd at the bars across the street. The owner provided white-noise speakers in both bedrooms and that helped a ton. There are giant windows with views of the Yampa River and Howelson Hill. In the summer, the farmers market is right out front! So awesome! We walked everywhere! It was perfect for us and our two adult children. Great place for a great price. At the last minute we realized we could use a little more time, and the owner so graciously agreed to a slightly later check out. Very positive experience! We would highly recommend!"

"Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing"
