Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. Service is excellent! Concierge is outstanding, the staff in the reception and elsewhere in the Hotel all are fantastic, helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to Lake Zurich and from our room you could get a view of the lake. It was a short walk from the hotel to the boat trips as well as the tram and train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was big and each day some chocolate was placed in our room which tasted really good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.
