"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "The property was well maintained and clean. Only bummer is that you have to pay an extra £25 for new sheets and towels, which was a bit of a surprise for me. This service is free for those staying over 7 days."

A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. "I stopped here on a sweltering summers day. To my delight I found the hosts had installed a portable air conditioning unit in the flat. The flat whilst not large was perfect for a short stay. It was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels. The check in process was well communicated by the hosts. I will stay here again when next in Nottingham."
