"The hotel is located on a quiet back street that is on the line dividing the Old Town from the New Town and it was easy to walk to both. It is near a tram stop, which made getting around easy. You can buy tram tickets at the front desk (cash only). The staff is very friendly and helpful, even when you are jet-lagged and grumpy. You can leave your key at the front desk when you go out and pick it up when you return instead of having to bring it with you. The room was large for a single. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable for a European hotel. It had a little give to it unlike most places where the mattresses are very firm. My only issue with the room was that the shower was very small."

"5 Stars all the way! This property was excellent. Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very "parisian" in style. Housekeeping were very good and timely every day. Breakfast buffet was huge and very good in quality - even with sparking wine. Location is great. I usually stay at the Marriott which is very close but now will always stay here if an option. Great hotel and value. Highly recommend. "
