"The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying. The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean. The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast is on a pricey side, but the ambiance of the room and the choices and quality were excellent; the buffet included meats, cheeses, eggs, mushrooms, salmon, yogurts, pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, teas, and some other items. Excellent value, and excellent experience. Highly recommend. "

"Location was amazing we stepped right out into the square with loads of restaurants to choose from and tons of shops. We were also lucky enough to be there during their Easter Market, which was full of food and gift vendors. The rooms were decorated perfectly and the bathroom was huge. We loved having physical keys. Something we have never gotten to experience before! The elevators were so nice also. The top patio was busy but the drinks were awesome and the view was impeccable. The basement bar was also really fun and the piano player did amazing! We loved it here so much. "

"Location was good and hence booked this property. There was no Air-conditioning - false claim !! There was cigarette butt inside the room though ours was a non-smoking room. Facilities wise- nothing absolutely. Even missing a hot water kettle !! we had to pay a deposit and lend one. The property is a little run-down for sure. Please dont go by the pics !! Next time not staying here for sure.."
