Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Perfect!

Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury.
Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries.
Restaurant at the Imperial was a favourite, so much so we ate there twice.

Beautiful, well designed hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was a good size, very clean with lovely warm colours.
The food was also quite good, with reasonable prices. Loved the decor throughout.
Would be better if they didn't book the bar out completely in the evenings and left some allocation for hotel guests.

Excellent hotel. Buffet breakfast included which was a different selection each day (as well as the basics).
With all the noise outside, it was amazing how we didn’t hear anything all night. Comfy beds.
We were in walking distance to everything, although we did get the Prague Pass for when we didn’t want to walk.
We would definitely stay here again. I loved that it was an old monastery. So much history in the building.

This was possibly the best and most interesting hotel we have ever stayed in. All standards were top notch, and the decor meant that trips to and from our room took longer as there was a wealth of artifacts to examine en route!
The restaurant was also very good -although the wine was rather pricey and 50 per cent higher than good local restaurants.
But we will definitely be back
