"Beautiful hotel in perfect area accessible to everything. Was surprised when I got here being charged an extra 35 euros per night for my husband to share the room. Just not something Ive ever experienced in the states. So just be sure to enter how many people will be in the room when booking. Didn't have the breakfast here. You cannot control the temperature in the room yourself. It was a bit too warm for us and was advised to open the windows. The hot water is not that hot in the morning but very hot in the evening. The hotel is very beautiful and decorated wonderfully. "

"It's not called a palace for nothing. I've been travelling for three weeks and stayed in mostly good accommodation but this was far and away the best I stayed in. Large room with coat hangers for my jackets and shirts, a handy safe, some drawers and cupboard space I actually didn't need, a very handy work desk, and finally not only a shower with a screen that actually went all around AND a bath!! Then there were also the superb river views which I know not every room has. The layout and feel of the hotel was also palatial, the breakfasts were extremely generous and the staff were just so nice. Would love to stay there again and can't recommend this enough!!"

"View from our room was amazing and the hotel’s location to the train station, Old town, restaurants and airport made this a great experience. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly in both the restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet was very nice but some foods could be hotter. However, ordering from the menu provides another option. Overall a great place to stay!"

"We had multiple problems that were never resolved. The WiFi worked the night we checked in, stopped working the next morning, then didn’t work again until we checked out. Also, the shower was warm but never hot. Water pressure was always weak. Controls were difficult to understand. Complained to staff about WiFi and shower but they couldn’t/didn’t resolve the issues. Room was poorly designed. If I sat in the one chair and wife needed to use the restroom I had to stand up and step out of the way so she could pass. Hallways were always dark and had a 1960s instructional feel. No artwork on any of the walls. Breakfast was great, however, and the location good."

"This is a very well situated hotel in old Prague. Just a few minutes from the main square even for us older people. The hotel was very well maintained and had cookies available in the lobby all the time. The included breakfast was superior! The room was large and beds comfortable. We were just the next block to a market, and a chocolate store was only a few steps away. I would organize transportation to the hotel if coming in by rail. It would be a long walk and we never ventured on the public transport."

"The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights, and overall we were very satisfied. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location right in the centre, close to all restaurants bars etc and less than 2 mins to the square and clock. Room was clean and spacious with a decent sized bathroom and shower. Friendly staff. only downside was the noise early morning for deliveries and rubbish collection to the adjacent businesses, might not be so bad with windows closed but we like the fresh air!"
