"The hotel is modern and the rooms were spotless. There was a good range of breakfast options. The location is brilliant for the tube and bus links into Central London. We will definitely be staying again. All in all a great experience. "

"We stayed in a double room, assuming would still be similar to hotel quality even though A&O took over from Hilton. The check-in process was a nightmare, queues were long and understaffed. The room itself was completely lacking in any facilities: pillows were useless and collapses as soon as you put your head on (so ended up being flat), there were no extra pillows / bedding in cupboard, no phone to call reception to ask for anything, no iron (even though old iron holder from Hilton days), no safe, extremely noisy bathroom fan and all round was pretty cold / lacking in insulation in the bathroom. Would not stay again."

"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"
