"We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is finished off to such a high standard with lovely touches throughout .
