This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Please take this warning seriously—do not make the same mistake. Extremely disappointing! Évitez absolument cet établissement. L’attitude du personnel était déplorable et l’expérience globale a été vraiment catastrophique. C’est le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai jamais séjourné ! This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable.
