Your private one-bedroom bungalow sleeps up to four with a king bed and sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and ground-floor entry. Walk to nearby Gulf beach access and local dining, then relax in the property's shared waterfront spaces. One parking space and free shared laundry are included.

YOUR OWN ONE-BEDROOM RETREAT
The bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and clothing storage. A sleeper sofa in the living area brings the maximum occupancy to four. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and starter toiletries are provided.

COOK & UNWIND
Prepare breakfast or dinner in the full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and basic cookware. A dining table, comfortable living area and Smart TV make downtime at home easy.

WATERFRONT SETTING & BEACH OUTINGS
The property is on the Intracoastal Waterway; waterfront patios and the dock are shared with the other suites. Enjoy the shared outdoor seating and dock for watching boats or fishing. The dock has no electric or water hookup; any boat arrangements are subject to availability and suitability. This is an Intracoastal property, with Gulf beach access nearby rather than a beachfront unit. 7th Avenue Beach Access is about a quarter mile away, approximately a five-minute walk. Local restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.

PARKING, LAUNDRY & ACCESS
One parking space is included. The detached on-site laundry is free and shared with the other units. Your bungalow has a private ground-floor entrance and keypad self check-in. Outdoor patios, waterfront spaces and the dock are shared.

PETS & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Pets require prior approval, with a $125 fee per pet, per stay. The booking guest must be at least 23. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be completed in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Smoking and events are not permitted.

BEACH GUIDELINES
Follow posted beach regulations and marked access paths. Fires on the beach are prohibited.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to the home's contents, such as linens, towels, and glassware. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

- Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, Florida's warm climate means occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation are not provided for occasional pest sightings.

- Florida Weather & Hurricane Season: Hurricane season typically runs July-November, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Severe weather and other weather-related disruptions are outside our control and may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Outside Conditions: Construction, renovations, neighboring activities, temporary amenity closures, citywide power or internet outages, and utility or municipal repairs may occur without prior notice. We'll assist whenever possible, but circumstances outside the property and our control are not considered property-related issues and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

- Additional Supplies & Towels: Starter supplies and towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Free shared on-site laundry is available for refreshing towels and clothing. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Nearby grocery and convenience stores are available for additional necessities.

- Normal Wear: As a regularly enjoyed vacation home, minor imperfections, normal wear, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before every stay.

- Items Left Behind: If you leave a personal item behind and request its return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items after departure.
