According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. Welcome! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 8th floor penthouse unit has a balcony that offers the best views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Unit 8819 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The kids enjoyed the water park. The balcony view was relaxing. The beach was a couple blocks away but easy to get to. A wagon was supplied in the unit. Beds were comfortable. Somehow i didnt realize we were a 4 minute block and half walk to public access to the beach. Guess it was the waterpark with slides and lazy river that distracted us. The communication from property manager was amazing. Asked about checking in early and she made sure we had parking pass and passes for waterpark ahead of scheduled check in then when we had minor issue with lights she had maintenance to our room in 5 minutes. The weather was not great but the property helped us enjoy our time. Very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The place was very clean and in a great location. Very nice beach nearby with plenty of restaurants and ideal for families.
