A king bedroom, queen bedroom and adjoining kids’ bunk room sleep up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 5 adults. Enjoy 1 full bath plus a half bath, laundry amenities and 2 FREE parking spaces included at no extra charge. Hosted with local care by Eversea Vacations.

Leave the stairs behind and settle into a ground-floor condo designed by a family for families. Gather in the living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen and keep beach clothes fresh with the washer and dryer. Games, books, toys and the owners’ children’s artwork give the home its personal feel.

• Primary bedroom: king bed

• Kids’ bunk room: two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 4 twin beds total

LAYOUT TO KNOW: The bunk room is reached through the queen bedroom; it does not have an independent entrance from the main living area. This setup is best suited to families comfortable sharing access. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a half bathroom with a toilet. Dining seating is for 6.

Walk about 2 minutes to the nearest Indian Shores beach access. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach cart are included, so you can load up and head for the sand.

Enjoy the community pool overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and the community fishing pier. The pool is shared and seasonally heated during cooler months. The pool and pier are shared community amenities.

Children’s dinnerware, a highchair, Pack ’n Play, room-darkening shades, books and toys help make the family packing list shorter.
