Sand Castle I 906 - GULF FRONT Condo!

Direct Gulf Front unit. This 3-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed and views of the gulf with its own sliding glass door to the balcony. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private balcony suited for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The 2nd bedroom features two doubles beds and the third bedroom has a twin. Free long distance to US and Canada and secure Wi-Fi in the condo. The property has both a heated swimming pool and hot tub along with lush tropical landscaping. There is a community recreation room on the first floor with Ping Pong and 100's of books in the lending library. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

The units bathrooms are very dated as is the kitchen. The dishwasher needed repairs and sounded like a plane taking off once fixed. The air conditioner was pre programmed to go to 80 degrees through out the day. Leaving the unit very warm. The master bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Great beach. The arcade and bathrooms were not as pictured.

Great Location/Unit Needs Updating and Care

First, let me say the view and location were amazing. But considering what we paid for this unit, it definitely needs work. There is peeling paint in the bathrooms. The fixtures are old, almost rusted. The base of the coffee-maker actually is rusty. Decor, furniture, fixtures, carpet, tiles and utensils appear to be from the 1980's. With some TLC, worth the price. Otherwise, we would likely not rent this unit again unless it was much cheaper.
