Spend the day in flip-flops exploring this charming beach town, then return home to watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf from your private balcony.

    Everything you need for a carefree beach vacation is already here. Access to the private ground-floor storage unit gives Unit 406 guests use of beach chairs, umbrellas, a large canopy, cooler, boogie boards, children's beach toys, and more. Designed for easy beach living, the condo comfortably accommodates families and couples with a king primary suite, two queen beds, in-unit laundry, reserved covered parking, elevator access and a well-stocked kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee on the balcony to family dinners after a day at the beach.

    The well-maintained Oceanside complex features a heated pool, hot tub, direct beach access, and a picnic area with a gas grill. The beach directly in front of Oceanside is typically quieter and less crowded than many nearby stretches of sand, offering plenty of room to relax, and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

This is a fabulous property in a sleep part of the West Coast south of Clearwater. Several restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and a very nice ice cream shop. Definitely steps away from the beach which is extremely helpful. Pool and Hot Tub were very clean and warm. Had one small issue that the Host took care of immediately and beyond our expectations. Definitely recommend this property.

The unit is gulf front and the balcony was our favorite place to gather. Seating for five was perfect for our group of five. We appreciated a well stocked kitchen (utensils, coffee makers, tumblers, dishes, blender, etc), beach towels and beach chairs. The unit is full of little touches that make it a perfect getaway. Very clean and organized. Just like the photos, but even better in person. Walkable to multiple restaurants, a brewery, ice cream and a CVS. Pool and hot tub area easy to get down to from unit.

Unit is as described. It was clean and in good shape. Plenty of room for our group of four. We had stayed in a different unit here a few years back and really enjoyed the building amenties and location. Location is great as there are rstaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. This was our second vacation at this condo unit and it was even better than the first. The owner is responsive and knows exactly what a family at the beach needs. From beach gear to kitchen supplies to toiletries — they have you covered. The unit is clean and well maintained. It has the best view in the complex. This is by far our favorite place to stay in IRB and we cannot wait to plan our next trip to this beautiful Condo!

We stayed for the week we were dropping our Freshman at UTampa. Such a gorgeous condo! Terrific hosts. Condo was fresh and clean. The bedding and linens were quality and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. There was everything anyone could possibly need for a beach vacation, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach "tent" that pops up to create a nice amount of shade! We were all three able to relax and enjoy our last few days together. I was sad to leave!

I had selected the condo at Oceanside based on the numerous glowing reviews on VRBO. They were all correct! Unit 406 was a beautifully decorated, fourth floor corner unit. It was immaculate and completely stocked for every need. The cabana in the lowest level provided every imaginable resource for pool and beach. Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) was the perfect location! Quiet yet with excellent restaurants a short walk away. We were blessed with great weather all week and a few memorable sunsets. The owners were wonderful to work with and personally addressed our questions. Definitely hope to return!

A great find on Indian Rocks Beach!

We stayed in the area two years prior so had a baseline for comparison. This unit is immaculate. Clean organized, there is almost nothing you won't need for kitchen, launch and bath. Add to that a fully stocked beach closet downstairs and this place will not disappoint. The owner, Andra, communicated instructions very well and responded to questions in a few hours. If I find myself back in the area in the future, I'm looking to see if this unit is available first.
