About this property

Beachfront-Directly on the Sand - Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida


  • Relaxed elegance directly on exclusive sandy Sunset Beach! 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, plus queen sleepers in the beachfront loft, dressing area of the master suite and in the living room, accommodate 8+ guests beautifully. Mattresses and box springs were replaced recently. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a loft. A description of the floor plan will be provided upon request.

    The unit has two new AC units for comfort throughout the house.

    Enjoy the pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. Walk or (short) drive to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including a garage with a washer and dryer. It is one of only two townhomes in the building.

    It is dog friendly, and children are welcome but need to be monitored. There is a pet fee of $100 and I'll need to know the number, size and breed of the dog(s) and approve them. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS RECEIVED AND COUNTERSIGNED BY OWNER.

    NOTE: There are three floors of living space above the garage and lots of stairs, so this rental may not be suitable for the elderly or mobility challenged. Also, the condo association limits reservation to not more than 8 (excluding infants) even though the house sleeps 10 or more. Please do not inquire or book if you have more than 8 in your party.

    This is a two-unit townhouse. The back porch is separated from the neighboring porch by a wall.
