Vacation Home w HOT TUB, 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, HEATED POOL NEAR BEACHES!
- Minutes from the beach is this fully renovated home with brand-new furniture. Enjoy an extra-large backyard with a Hot Tub, heated pool & swim-up bar, plus a bonfire pit! Relax in the sunny Florida sunroom or park in the private double garage. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Honeymoon Island and shopping centers. Strict no parties or events policy. Perfect for families and small groups seeking a peaceful, luxury getaway. Heated Pool (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per day to help cover energy costs. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated. -Pets welcome for additional fees (please clean after your pets)
-No loud noise past 10PM!! (Please be respectful of neighbors)
-For everyone’s safety, only confirmed guests allowed
-No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, no diving on pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult. -The home is privately owned: Host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illness to any guest that arises while on premises
