"Our AC made a terrible/loud noise the first night. No one slept. I told the front desk the next day (all the desk workers and bell service were fantastic and helpful!)! They got us a new room which did take all day to get it but it was okay so since we were out and about but we did need to be there when they needed us to move all our stuff out. The first view was 75% roof and 25% beach-ish and I paid extra for a view of the ocean…not roof. The pools were great, staff/food service at the pool was great. the game room was great, the nighttime movie was fantastic for the kids. Kinda lame we had to pay to park since we were staying there but I understand it just comes with the location. Overall, I was pretty satisfied."

"This is my second stay in 2 months. I returned because of the beach access and the hotel is well maintained. I enjoyed the yoga class on the beach. The pool was new much nicer and larger. They have a new restaurant all of which are great improvements. I would return again. It was very clean and the restaurant food was delicious."

"Asked for towels & a pillow through the app every day of our stay & never received them. The elevator to our floor was down at least twice a day, everyday. And the mattresses are really hard to sleep on. Killed our backs from age 20-50! Other than that, it’s a great location, there was more than enough room for everyone on the beach, plenty of umbrellas for everyone & there’s a lot to do right there at the resort. Checking in & out was a breeze & parking was not an issue. But you’re not given a lot of info, like where to find towels (by the pools) or how to get umbrellas (go to the blue huts). The restaurant is overhyped & overpriced, but it’s fine for the experience. It’s in a very touristy area so there are plenty of other places to dine within walking distance. All in all I’d give them a solid 8 out of 10."

"Clean, staff were very helpful, older building but well maintained. When making your reservation ask for all the hidden costs such as occupancy taxes, state taxes and resort fees per nite as you should with any hotel. Room turns out to be much more expensive than the quoted price per nite."
