"We have visited this location several times and have had nothing but good experiences. Property is clean, well maintained and within a short distance to the Beach. Many restaurants within a very short drive. Good quiet area. Nice pool area."

"Room was incredibly clean and staff was helpful. Hands free check in was easy. The pool was very nice and clean. The only two drawbacks was the hot water in the shower was hit or miss and the TV wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. Those are minor gripes though, overall I would stay here again."

"I highly recommend you book here immediately! The best place to stay on the water (right across the street), they provide coolers, ice, towels, chairs, umbrellas, and anything else you need for a perfect day on the beach. The rooms are recently updated and fit every need you could want. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect in every way!"

"The place was very nice, but wish there were better dining options onsite and wish the pool was a bit larger. BEWARE of being blamed for smoking on balconies if your next door neighbors are the culprits. That was a major issue we encountered while staying. They tried to bill us the $400 cleaning fee. Otherwise, was a nice stay."

"This place is a gem. You’re about a block from the ocean, walking distance to bars and restaurants. It’s an “old school” motel that has excellent service and a clean place to stay. My bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. Betty in the office is the best and so helpful. I will stay here everytime i am in South Pasadena."
